Event 2 Underway

Cards are in the air for Event #2, $400 Buy-In No Limit Hold'em. There was a short line at registration just before 11 am, but no more. Late registrations will be accepted through the first two levels. This is a one day event and they will play until one player has all the chips.

Players began with 10,000 chips and levels last 40 minutes.

Level 1 began with 25/50 blinds.

Chris Reslock

Among the players today are many that did not survive the action yesterday in event #1, including Olga & Robert Varkonyi, Gordon Eng, Dean Schultz, and Paul Spitzberg. New names I spotted this morning are WSOP bracelet holder Chris Reslock, (who won his bracelet at the 2007 WSOP playing 7-Card stud) and Davidson Matthew, best known for his 2nd place finish in the 2006 WPT Championship ($1.9 million).
