On a board of J-10-9-7-9, George Antonakos (Baltimore, MD) stands up in fear, then straightens up and doubles up with K-8.
After a small raise, George shoves every bit of his 10,000 putting his tournament life at stake with K-8 of clubs. The next seat insta-calls with pocket aces. Whoopsie!
George joked after the K-8 cracking, "I've been waiting for that hand all day. That's my game - play bad and get lucky. Hopefully I'll be playing till 3am tomorrow just because of that hand."
Players are on a short break. Just two more levels until dinner.
